The Colts’ Carlie Irsay-Gordon, who has been on the sideline โ wearing a headset and taking notes โ for years, has caฯ ght the eye of Cam Newton.

“She’s doing something right and it’s extremely commendable. It raises eyebrows and the thoฯ
